Welcome to SkillTopLab. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of the online learning platform located at skilltoplab.com. By accessing or using the Platform in 2025, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
SkillTopLab provides online courses, live workshops, digital materials, and physical products designed to help learners acquire new skills across various fields.
2. Types of Offerings
2.1 Online Services
Live workshops, one on one coaching sessions, and virtual training events delivered according to the schedule presented at enrollment.
2.2 Infoproducts
Pre recorded video tutorials, e-books, and downloadable resources made available immediately after purchase.
2.3 Physical Products
Books, workbooks, and other tangible materials shipped to your address.
3. Payment Terms
All fees for Services, Infoproducts, and Physical Products must be paid at checkout. Accepted payment methods will be displayed during purchase.
4. Refund and Reimbursement Policy
4.1 Online Services
If you request a reimbursement at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start date of a live workshop or coaching session, we will process a full reimbursement via your original payment method. Requests submitted fewer than 7 calendar days before the event are not eligible for reimbursement unless SkillTopLab cancels or reschedules the session.
If SkillTopLab cancels a session, you may choose a full reimbursement or transfer your enrollment to another upcoming offering at no extra fee. Reimbursements will be completed within 14 calendar days after approval.
4.2 Infoproducts
Due to the immediate access provided to digital materials, all sales of infoproducts are final. No reimbursements will be issued once access has been granted. If technical issues prevent access to purchased materials, please contact customer support for assistance.
4.3 Physical Products
Physical Products may be eligible for reimbursement when the item is shipped back to SkillTopLab within 30 calendar days of delivery in unused condition. You must contact customer support for a shipping authorization before shipping. Upon receipt and inspection of the shipped item, we will process a reimbursement of the product price, excluding shipping and handling, within 14 calendar days.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations
You may reschedule an online service by contacting customer support at least 7 calendar days before the original session date. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 90 calendar days of the original date otherwise the session fee will be forfeited.
6. No Refund Services
Certain bespoke coaching packages, custom curriculum designs, and limited time offers are explicitly not eligible for reimbursement due to their tailored nature and resource commitment. These conditions will be indicated on the specific service page prior to purchase.
7. Changes to Terms
SkillTopLab may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a Last Updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
